We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to join our team. On-site position in Sorocaba/SP **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential workplace hazards and implement necessary corrective actions. * Deliver regular training to employees on safe practices, emergency procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment. * Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures. * Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards, proposing preventive measures to ensure employee safety. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, staying updated on possible legislative changes. * Supervise the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure its availability to employees. * Collaborate with other company departments to integrate safe practices across all corporate operations. * Preparation and review of technical documents (e.g., PGR and LTCAT), * Support and follow-up on inspections and health and safety campaigns. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with official completion certificate; * Familiarity with Brazilian Occupational Safety Regulatory Standards (NRs) and Ergonomics; * Prior experience as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Practical knowledge of risk assessment, accident analysis, and implementation of preventive measures; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Health insurance; * Birthday day off; * TotalPass.
