This principle is reinforced throughout our hiring process and actively practiced within the company.*** We know outstanding results are achieved only with an outstanding team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals eager to grow professionally and build a career path with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Map, document, and optimize processes related to the data lifecycle (registration, update, consumption, and archiving); * Support the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures; * Identify roles and responsibilities (Data Owners, Stewards, Custodians); * Participate in defining and monitoring data quality and compliance metrics; * Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technology areas to gather processes and requirements; * Support Data Catalog, Data Quality, and Master Data Management initiatives; * Contribute to disseminating data culture and best practices of governance across teams. **Essential Qualifications:** * Experience in process mapping and improvement (BPM, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma); * Knowledge of data governance concepts and pillars (roles, policies, quality, metadata, catalog, security); * Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, translating business processes into data models and governance rules; * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, and collaborative mindset; * Advanced English Our mission is to help companies unlock the full potential of Data and Digital to enhance performance, drive transformation, and generate new levers for growth and competitiveness.
