Job Summary: A professional responsible for aligning vehicle demand, scheduling drivers, providing customer and driver support, updating spreadsheets and reports, and monitoring working hours and absenteeism. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional involvement in transportation and driver management. 2. Responsibility for team scheduling and monitoring. 3. Direct interaction with customers and drivers for support and control. Coordinate vehicle demand with the control room based on available vehicles and schedule drivers; provide customer support; provide driver support (in-person/WhatsApp); continuously update spreadsheets with appropriate updates and report to customers; generate reports to update departmental KPIs; issue CT-e/Manifests; monitor driver absenteeism; monitor and control working hours.
