Every day, we strive to meet market demands with excellence in solutions, equipment, and services—and we believe we have the best talent onboard to deliver these outcomes. **Are you ready to take the next step in your career?** **Your new opportunity may be right here.** We are seeking a DRIVER INSTRUCTOR to join our TRAINING team in JARAGUÁ. **What is the challenge?** Instruct customers/drivers on new trucks: product features and driving techniques; Conduct economic driving and truck functionality training (on-the-road sessions with customers); Manage the technical delivery process; Perform yard inventory—new trucks; Complete vehicle intake checklists for new trucks; Monitor and adhere to schedules; Prepare visit/training reports; Follow guidelines using VdB reference tools. **What do we expect from you?** Excellent relationship management with internal and external customers (professional demeanor, proactivity); Strong verbal and written communication skills; A *hands\-on* profile and ability to inspire (serve as a role model); Willingness to travel within São Paulo state, Greater São Paulo, and the interior (occasionally outside São Paulo); Driver’s license category D \- (Category E license preferred); Bachelor’s degree preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams (online instructions); Openness to change; Alignment with the group’s “ACT” values.
