The candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring service quality, and maintaining smooth operations of the establishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the activities of the service staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and service standards. * Monitor service flow and resolve customer-related issues when necessary. * Manage inventory and support supply orders. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the premises in accordance with hygiene regulations. * Assist with cash register opening and closing procedures when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields is preferred). * Prior experience in team leadership or coordination. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Job Information:** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.700,00 * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day * **Lunch Break:** 1 hour * **Benefit:** Lunch provided by the company Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
