Support in portfolio expansion and competitive analysis **We count on you to** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct mechanical and physicochemical laboratory tests to validate product performance and application. * Provide technical support for projects in the adhesives and sealants segment. * Prepare technical briefings in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment between market needs and development. * Conduct regulatory studies, identifying what is already standardized and what requires internal standardization. * Define required tests, protocols, and methodologies to meet standards, internal requirements, and customer expectations. * Develop and implement testing methodologies, ensuring standardization and reproducibility. * Lead material qualification processes, evaluating suppliers, raw materials, and technical alternatives. * Perform product validation from prototype to final product, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. * Support portfolio expansion, contributing to new product launches and revenue growth. * Conduct comparative competitive analyses to identify improvement opportunities and differentiation. * Support audits to comply with SGI routines. **Is this role right for you?** Education: * Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
