Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Machining production area in a metallurgical industry, responsible for supporting the production line, feeding machines, and assisting in tool assembly and adjustments. Located in Taboão da Serra (SP), we produce cast, forged, and machined solutions for heavy vehicle manufacturers and the aftermarket. * We are looking for a professional to join our team in the Machining production area of a metallurgical industry. This professional will support production line activities, including machine feeding, part sorting and handling, as well as assisting in tooling and fixture assembly and adjustments. * If you identify with this challenge and wish to grow with us, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate machines (CNC lathes, machining centers, milling machines, presses, furnaces, etc.). * Perform measurements and inspections using precision instruments. * Read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications. * Feed and maintain machines and tools in good condition. * Perform basic preventive maintenance and report failures. * Ensure quality, productivity, and safety in the manufacturing process. * Record production data and support audits **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desirable:** * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Experience operating low-complexity machine tools. * Knowledge of quality and organization tools (5S, Lean Manufacturing). * Prior experience preferably in a metallurgical environment **Additional Information** Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, alternating Saturdays Benefits that make a difference at Cinpal.
