Opportunity for professional growth in DevOps and automation. ### **Job Title** Software DevOps Engineer \- Senior Systems Analyst / Opportunity in Varginha, MG ### **Job Description** **Software DevOps Engineer (** Senior Systems Automation Analyst **)** You will join the Software Research and Development area in Varginha/MG, a globally operating team. You will work directly on the development and maintenance of medical products, specifically in Hospital Patient Monitoring (currently focusing on general and obstetric multi\-parameter monitors). ***Only CVs en English will be considered*** **Your Role:** * Contribute to automating software development processes to accelerate release cycles and strengthen feedback loops, fostering a more agile development environment. * Participate in implementing and maintaining robust version control systems, quality/security analysis tools, and CI/CD pipelines—essential components ensuring secure and continuous code delivery from development to production environments. * Contribute to developing and enhancing build and deployment automation scripts, working to optimize workflows and increase efficiency and reliability. * Collaborate with the development team to effectively manage code releases and rapidly resolve production issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption. * Integrate into the learning process around DevOps methodologies and best practices, leveraging opportunities to increase team productivity and improve delivery quality. * Understand customer requirements and contribute insights to align DevOps initiatives with broader business objectives, increasing the overall value of deliveries. * Play a role in data\-driven decision\-making processes by actively gathering and analyzing relevant metrics, supporting the identification of areas for improvement and optimization. * Adopt a proactive approach to professional development, actively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise in DevOps technologies and methodologies, promoting both personal and team growth. **You are the right person if you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Control and Automation, or related fields. * Strong analytical skills, high initiative, a continuous improvement mindset, and focus on our customers’ needs (hospitals and patients). * A constant desire to acquire new knowledge and develop skills. * \+3 years of experience in software product development. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Knowledge of: Linux, Build Servers, CI/CD, Git, Python or another scripting language, Groovy Scripts, Makefile. * Knowledge of C/C\+\+, C\# is a plus. * Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Artifactory is desirable. **How do we work together?** We believe we generate greater impact when working together rather than separately.
