Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative and operational activities within the assigned department. * Organize documents, files, and supporting materials. * Assist with internal and external customer service (in person, by phone, or email). * Provide support in logistics, inventory, or office routines as needed. * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered. Requirements and Qualifications * Age between 18 and 23 years. * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school or higher education. * Availability during morning or afternoon shifts; 30-hour weekly contract. * Interest in learning and professional development. Desirable Qualifications * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite, internet). * Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Desire to build a long-term career within the company.
