Responsibilities and Duties * Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records. * Assist in preparing payroll, vacation pay, 13th salary, and termination settlements. * Monitor electronic timekeeping, banked hours, and overtime. * Organize and update labor and social security documents. * Support administration of benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance). * Generate reports and provide support during audits and inspections. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred but not required). * Prior experience in HR administrative routines. * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) and payroll/time-tracking systems. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Knowledge of eSocial and other ancillary obligations. * Familiarity with TOTVS systems. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams Salary Range To be discussed Employment Type CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Benefits * Transportation allowance (optional) * Meal allowance or food voucher * Partnership with SEST SENAT * Partnerships with pharmacies, universities, and restaurants. * Growth opportunities.
