




Description: We are looking for a Senior Field Services Analyst to provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring the availability, maintenance, and proper operation of customers’ IT equipment and infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing diagnostics, executing repairs, and implementing technology solutions according to standards and best practices. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform on-site field service for hardware, software, and IT infrastructure support. * Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of medium-complexity incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain equipment such as desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals. * Perform IT asset inventory and control. * Support network routines: cabling, equipment replacement, basic switch and router configuration. * Install and update operating systems and corporate applications. * Ensure clear communication with the customer throughout the service process. * Record service interactions and updates in ticketing systems (ITSM). * Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams when required. * Monitor SLAs, ensuring delivery within established timeframes. * Produce technical reports when requested. Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience in Field Services, On-site Technical Support, or Service Desk. * Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office suite, remote access tools, and antivirus software. * Experience in hardware diagnostics and repair. * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, structured cabling). * Ability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and customer focus. * Availability for travel. 2512280202491886506
