Job Summary: Support the company's technological environment by ensuring workstation availability and administering networks and servers. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in network and server administration Assist in supporting the company's technological environment, ensuring workstation availability, and supporting network and server administration under supervision. **Mandatory Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields. From the 2nd semester onwards. **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** * Hardware assembly and maintenance; * Formatting and configuration of Windows 10/11; * Software and Microsoft Office installation; * Computer networking (TCP/IP and cabling); * Level 1 technical support; * Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory (AD); * Virtualization with Hyper\-V; * Container concepts (Docker); * Basic Linux commands; * Network asset monitoring.
