RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for garment finishing, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and compliance with established standards. Perform adjustments and corrections on finished or in-process garments according to technical instructions. Operate binding, straight-stitch, and overlock sewing machines to perform stitching, reinforcements, hems, topstitching, and various applications. Execute finishing operations, seam inspection, trim replacement, and minor repairs. Verify measurements, alignment, symmetry, and final garment quality. Identify and correct simple sewing or finishing defects. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of machines and the workstation. Comply with company-established safety, quality, and productivity standards. And other related duties. Previous experience as a tailor, seamstress, fashion designer, or custom tailor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
