Support activities related to food preparation, sanitation, and organization in the hospital kitchen, contributing to the production of meals that meet the nutritional and quality requirements for patients. * Assist in food preparation and pre\-preparation (cutting, washing, peeling, sanitizing vegetables, etc.), following the kitchen team's instructions. * Collaborate with the team in organizing dishes, adhering to food quality and safety standards. * Perform daily cleaning of kitchen utensils, such as knives, pots, plates, and equipment. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace in accordance with sanitary and food safety regulations, ensuring that food preparation and storage areas are always clean and appropriate. * Assist in meal distribution in dining areas or directly to patients, according to the hospital's routine. * Ensure food is served under ideal conditions of temperature and presentation.
