Senior/Staff Financial Analyst

**Position: Financial Analyst** **General description:** Responsible for managing, controlling, and executing activities related to the company's financial flow, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring data accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and support for the business's financial health. **Key responsibilities:** * Control and execute **accounts payable** routines (invoice entry, payment scheduling, document verification). * Manage **accounts receivable** activities (issuing invoices/bills, tracking receipts, collecting from delinquent customers). * Perform bank and financial reconciliations. * Monitor cash flow and support the preparation of financial forecasts. * Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to resolve outstanding issues. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal policies. * Prepare financial reports and performance indicators. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with departments such as accounting and controllership. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in finance. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Familiarity with tax and financial legislation (preferred). **Behavioral competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and accountability. * Time management. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience handling high-volume transactions. * Knowledge of financial automation tools.
