Compounding Assistant Position Description: We are looking for a **Compounding Assistant** to work in our compounding laboratory. This professional will be primarily responsible for supporting department routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and compliance with good practices required in a compounding pharmacy. Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing the compounding area by organizing materials, tools, and supplies; * Clean workbenches, glassware, tools, and equipment according to internal procedures; * Sort and identify materials according to production orders, under the supervision of the responsible compounder; * Encapsulate, package, and label compounded products as instructed; * Package finished products following hygiene and safety regulations; * Support the team in organizing the inventory of raw materials and compounding supplies; * Comply with **Good Compounding Practices** and internal quality and safety protocols. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy or related fields is desirable (a plus); * Basic knowledge of hygiene, organization, and workplace safety standards; * Ability to follow technical instructions with attention and responsibility; * Proactivity, discipline, and ability to work in a team.
