Description: We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to work in Santa Maria/DF Responsibilities and duties: Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment used in the pharmaceutical process. * Diagnose failures, apply analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 5W2H), and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Adjust, assemble, and calibrate equipment to ensure performance according to specifications. * Interpret and create technical drawings and carry out interventions based on technical documentation. * Perform machining and welding procedures (TIG, oxyacetylene, and electrode) as required. * Maintain, adjust, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Record service orders, prepare maintenance reports, and communicate improvements to increase asset reliability. * Work in compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support continuous improvement projects. Requirements and qualifications: * Technical degree or technology diploma in general mechanics or related fields. * Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment (Manufacturing and Packaging). * Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, equipment adjustment, and technical drawings (creation and interpretation). * Practical experience in machining and welding (TIG, oxyacetylene, and electrode). * Solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for recordkeeping and report preparation. * Knowledge of failure analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 5W2H).
