Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to capture, edit, and deliver daily videos, producing impactful content for various platforms and strengthening brand presence. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities \* Capture, edit, and deliver daily videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. \* Produce reels, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, testimonials, and making-of videos, conveying the brand's energy. \* Direct people during recordings with sensitivity toward narrative and naturalness. \* Script and adapt ideas collaboratively with the marketing team and executive team. \* Use AI tools (CapCut AI, ChatGPT, Descript, Runway) to accelerate editing and captioning. \* Travel with the team to cover events, immersions, meetings, and behind-the-scenes activities. \* Ensure quality, aesthetics, pacing, and emotion in every delivery. Education and Technical Competencies \* Cinematic eye and refined aesthetic sense. \* Proficiency in smartphone-based shooting and editing, especially using CapCut. \* Deep understanding of formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. \* Autonomy, organization, and speed. \* Familiarity with AI and digital trends. \* Soft skills: loyalty, enthusiasm, curiosity, teamwork, willingness to travel. Work Schedule \* Hybrid, but with 100% dedication to the brand. \* Frequent travel availability required. Compensation PJ \* Between BRL 3,000 and BRL 5,000, depending on the candidate.
