Job Summary: A professional responsible for optimizing logistics processes, managing material handling, developing packaging, and promoting data digitization to enhance operational effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for optimizing material handling and inventory management processes. 2. Will work on packaging development, testing, and supplier management. 3. Focused on data digitization and operational improvements. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- * Responsible for supporting, analyzing, and monitoring material handling and inventory organization processes, ensuring continuous supply flow and effective execution of logistics processes. * Defines and tracks KPIs, drives operational improvements, and ensures data accuracy. * In the technical area, responsible for packaging development, including component research, specification of composition and characteristics, layout creation, production-line testing, and management of suppliers and third parties. * Expected to utilize digital tools and promote data digitization to increase process speed and effectiveness. \#LI\-IM1 **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Required:** * Bachelor's degree completed * Experience in process or product development projects, or packaging development projects * Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar software **Preferred:** * Experience in logistics and/or materials (PCP) * Experience in customer and supplier interaction * Familiarity with manufacturing processes * Intermediate English proficiency * Yellow Belt certification or equivalent **Skills** ---------- * Results-oriented with strong deadline adherence, especially in new projects. * Proactive and capable of anticipating needs. * Skilled in negotiation with suppliers and customers. * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse departments. * Organized with a sense of priority to manage multiple simultaneous demands. * Systemic view of processes
