We are always looking to develop and find new talents—and you could be one of them! **About the Position** We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee new projects, some managed using traditional practices and others using agile methods. **Responsibilities:** * Manage planning, execution, and monitoring of traditional and agile projects. * Develop schedules, track tasks, documentation, and structured status reports. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective). * Collaborate in aligning involved departments and monitoring deliveries. * Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business areas. **Requirements** * Experience in managing traditional projects (PMBOK/Waterfall) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in project management. * Knowledge of Azure Boards. * Strong organizational and proactive skills. * Communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork capability. * Advantage: Knowledge of Power BI.
