Procurement Caxias do Sul \- RS Full-time \- On-site **Description and Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Responsible for managing procurement processes for materials, components, and services, ensuring fulfillment of production and administrative needs with appropriate quality, timeliness, and cost. * Act with autonomy and critical thinking, collaborating with internal departments and suppliers to promote shared success and continuous improvement of procurement processes. * Contribute to strategic analysis, negotiations, and contract management, exercising purpose-driven leadership while valuing all voices in decision-making. **Your role is essential to ensuring efficient supply chain replenishment and strengthening sustainable partnerships aligned with the organization's values.** **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in procurement operations within industrial companies, preferably medium- or large-sized enterprises. * Experience in procurement of direct and indirect materials, technical components, and services. * Experience in supplier development and qualification, including commercial negotiations and contract management. * Participation in cost-reduction initiatives, process improvement projects, or automation efforts within the supply chain function. * Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP or Totvs Protheus). * Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments involving engineering, production, quality, and logistics departments. * Desired: Experience in international procurement and interaction with foreign suppliers. * Knowledge of procurement performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience in managing procurement processes with a focus on compliance, ethics, and sustainability across the supply chain. **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career! ### **Position Details** Code 123738 Area Procurement Location Caxias do Sul \- RS Work Model Full-time \- On-site Application Deadline 27/03/2026
