If you are a committed, proactive professional who enjoys teamwork, don’t miss this opportunity—apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinMaster** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control production scheduling and monitor production lines, verifying scheduled vs. executed production orders, priorities, analyzing reports, raw material constraints, committed deadlines, and delivery forecasts; contacting planners and/or parts and components responsible parties to synchronize final product assembly and delivery and fulfill the established plan; * Keep responsible parties informed about production scheduling priorities, identifying urgent work orders, establishing systematic communication with production to prioritize and optimize assembly execution in the production process; * Analyze production scheduling adherence by participating in meetings, comparing planned vs. actual performance, identifying root causes, reviewing forecasts, raw material constraints, productive capacity, and escalating issues to responsible parties to develop and/or implement solutions and improvements in production; * Maintain contact with responsible parties and/or interface departments to resolve doubts, gather information, notify and/or solve problems, among others; * Suggest and/or implement improvements in production scheduling and control by participating in meetings, identifying problems, developing action plans, reviewing and/or setting targets to optimize results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed High School education; * Computer literacy / Microsoft Office suite; * KANBAN – Manufacturing System; * Experience in logistics processes. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 2 – From 5:00 PM to 2:12 AM #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
