We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our technology team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring system continuity and efficiency by performing analysis, incident resolution, and user support, as well as contributing to improvements and optimizations. **Responsibilities**: * Analyze and resolve incidents and problems in existing systems. * Monitor and ensure service availability. * Document processes and procedures. * Collaborate in implementing system improvements. * Provide technical support and training to users. Work collaboratively with development and infrastructure teams. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in technology-related fields. * Solid experience in application development and support using C\# and .Net Core. * Knowledge of REST API development and support. * Practical experience with Azure and its services. * Familiarity with microservices architecture and messaging practices. * Proficiency in SQL Server for database development. * Experience in CI/CD environments and hands-on Git usage.
