




Job Summary: Credit and Collections Analyst to analyze documentation, approve credit, monitor payments, and support customers. Key Highlights: 1. Credit documentation analysis and validation 2. Payment monitoring and sales release 3. Customer support regarding financial matters Analyze and validate registration documentation and other information such as: liquidity capacity, customer’s commercial history, and credit approval; Monitor and handle service requests related to new customer registration; Analyze customer payment history versus credit limit to authorize new sales, in compliance with company commercial policies; Verify deposits made by customers, ensuring accuracy of received amounts for subsequent order release; Control and verify accuracy of credit notes, discounts, and settlements; Monitor and handle sales order requests blocked for financial reasons; Generate delinquent customer reports, when necessary, for account deactivation; Provide customer support to resolve inquiries regarding payable invoices and other matters.
