FINANCIAL/ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

We are seeking a Financial/Administrative Director to work strategically, with an economic group vision, ensuring financial sustainability and strengthening administrative management across the companies. DC Group is a corporate group operating in the supplementary healthcare sector, comprising a health plan operator, healthcare service provider, laboratories, oncology clinic, insurance brokerage, and technology solutions for healthcare. This professional will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, and Information Technology (IT) areas. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work strategically with the CEO in defining and implementing the group's financial and administrative planning. * Ensure DC Group's financial health by maintaining liquidity, profitability, and cash flow balance. * Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, and IT departments, promoting team integration and process standardization. * Coordinate the development, execution, and monitoring of the annual budget and periodic revisions (forecast), analyzing deviations and proposing action plans. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, labor, and regulatory standards, especially within the context of supplementary healthcare. * Enhance cost control models, performance indicators (KPIs), and management reports to support decision-making. * Develop policies and guidelines for procurement and supplier management, aiming for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. * Ensure the IT department aligns with business strategies, supporting innovation projects, information security, and digital transformation. * Interact with banks, auditors, consultants, and other strategic partners. * Actively contribute to strengthening the group's corporate governance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or related areas will be considered a plus. * Solid experience in executive leadership roles within financial and administrative areas. * Experience in supplementary healthcare or service companies with high operational complexity will be a significant advantage. * Advanced knowledge in financial management, controllership, accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and performance analysis. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic thinking, systemic vision, results orientation, and continuous improvement mindset. * Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and communication abilities across all organizational levels. **Additional information** **Working hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 – Monday to Friday.
