Responsible for assisting with activities and tasks related to the assigned industrial sector, as well as safeguarding the company’s values and culture, focusing on high performance and directly contributing to safety and good manufacturing practices; Achieve established SDCA targets (results capture and anomaly resolution) by adhering to safety, quality, GMP, and operational standards, stopping the production line when standards are compromised; Report anomalies to the operator or supervisor (depending on your role); Perform required verifications and operations using checklists, when necessary, to ensure product quality; Clean your area and equipment following GMP principles; Initiate safety interventions upon observing unsafe acts; Report observed unsafe behaviors and situations in the sector to the operator; Promote Docile’s culture, emphasizing high performance and genuine concern for people; Value a fact- and data-driven problem-solving culture. ?
