




Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting procurement processes, inventory management, material control, and logistical support for construction and engineering projects, ensuring document organization and flow. Responsibility for physical organization and security of the warehouse **Responsibilities:** * Procure materials, parts, and supplies required for construction projects and for the Engineering department's inventory. * Conduct simple quotations and execute low-value purchases. * Enter purchase orders into the system and monitor delivery deadlines. * Receive, inspect, and store purchased materials, accurately recording receipts in the system or control spreadsheets, as well as verifying invoices to ensure proper document flow. * Receive and inspect material lists, perform item segregation according to the schedule and technical team requests, make segregated items available for construction sites, and forward the list of segregated items to the billing clerk for invoice issuance. * Monitor inventory movements, update records, maintain appropriate stock levels, and report purchasing needs to supervisors. * Support periodic inventory counts and preparation of inventory control reports. * Complete and update material and project cost control spreadsheets, supporting performance indicator management and procurement cost control. * Support logistics for transporting materials between the company and construction sites. * Manage return and exchange processes with suppliers. * Control and physically organize the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper material placement. * Comply with and uphold safety regulations and internal procedures in procurement processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier negotiation. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
