




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the execution of construction projects, guiding the team and ensuring adherence to schedules and standards. Performance analysis and decision-making Job Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and control all processes inherent to construction execution, guide the team, ensure compliance with physical/financial schedules, and execute work in accordance with executive project drawings, technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, company guidelines, and standards. Monitor physical progress by preparing comparative charts, S-curves, performance reports, and resource histograms to detail, disseminate, and guide the Site Engineer in decision-making and schedule adherence. Systematically monitor actual costs, quantities, and planned specifications on-site, analyze system bottlenecks/deviations, and jointly authorize procurements and contracts with immediate supervisors for any process deviating from the planned scope. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; experience in construction planning and monitoring; leadership profile; ability to work under pressure; resilience; strong communication skills.
