Main Activities: * Design, structure, and implement teaching methodologies specifically for online technical training. * Develop instructional materials, handouts, manuals, presentations, and interactive resources. * Produce and edit instructional videos for training, upskilling, and technical support. * Promote technical upskilling of the team, aligned with innovations in the heavy-duty vehicle sector. * Conduct training needs assessments and develop technical development plans. * Deliver theoretical training while monitoring participants’ performance. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose continuous improvements. * Maintain close collaboration with technical and operational departments to ensure content reflects real-world field conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields). Experience: Prior work experience in companies within the heavy-duty vehicle segment. Desirable Knowledge: Production of multimedia educational content (videos, e-learning, presentations). Proficiency in tools for creating instructional materials and video editing.
