MySQL database optimization and maintenance Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (PHP \+ Node.js \+ MySQL) — ITSM Platform Support Mission Support and evolve a corporate ITSM platform, ensuring stability, performance, bug fixes, continuous improvements, and module integration. Collaborate with operations, governance, and support teams to maintain ITIL processes operating efficiently. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities Support \& ITSM * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the internal ITSM platform, ensuring availability and performance. * Build and maintain integrations between the ITSM system and other corporate services. Backend (PHP \& Node.js) * Maintain and enhance backend services developed in PHP (including possible legacy code) and Node.js. * Develop stable, secure, and well-documented REST APIs. * Read, understand, and modernize legacy code while preserving business rules (common in ITSM platforms). Database (MySQL) * MySQL database modeling, querying, optimization, and maintenance. * Create stored procedures, indexes, performance analyses, and tuning. * Ensure application transactional consistency and integrity.
