




Job Summary: An IT professional focused on employee onboarding and offboarding, equipment management, information security, and Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, ensuring technological infrastructure and compliance. Security and infrastructure administration Description: Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Notebook configuration (formatting, Autopilot installation, Microsoft accounts). Mobile device enrollment in MDM (IBM Maas360\). Microsoft 365 account management (creation, login configuration). Implementation of IT policies, terms of use, and initial orientation for new employees. Equipment Management: Inventory control of notebooks, smartphones, and peripherals. Shipping and receiving equipment via mail, when necessary. Equipment assessment and referral for maintenance. Security and Compliance: Administration of LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution). Support for corporate security policies. Documentation and Infrastructure: Updating network documentation, equipment inventory, and internal controls. Assistance in managing network and security equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.). IT Support (Level 1 and Level 2\): Help Desk support. Support for Microsoft 365 and corporate software. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree * English (Intermediate \- Required), Spanish (Basic \- Required) * Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot. Knowledge of MDM (IBM Maas360\ preferred). Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Basic network infrastructure and inventory management knowledge. Familiarity with LAPS and security practices. User support and basic training skills. Organizational and disciplined approach to maintaining documented processes.
