Description:
* Bachelor's degree completed in related fields (Administration, Logistics, Aviation, Human Resources, or similar);
* English (Preferred);
* Relevant experience in delivering operational training, preferably in airport ground handling or aviation sectors;
* Knowledge of ANAC regulations and flight safety procedures is desirable;
* Experience supporting the development of instructional materials and using e\-learning tools;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Proactivity, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
* Ability to communicate and present reports and insights;
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, variable posture for performing job duties, trunk rotation and flexion, and occasional physical effort for assisting with luggage loading/unloading and removal of items from aircraft, as well as locomotion and walking throughout the entire airport premises and driving internal vehicles for client transportation.
Sensory requirements include visual acuity for company vehicle operation (an activity regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB), document analysis, and customer support; and auditory perception for telephone and in-person customer service, supplier and colleague interactions, and detection of emergency audible signals in operational areas.
Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations.
The Training Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of all operational and safety training programs for dnata Brasil’s ground handling teams.
Primary objective is to ensure employees remain consistently updated on industry best practices, ANAC regulations, and internal company procedures, aiming for operational excellence, operational safety, and continuous workforce development.
This professional will play a crucial role in maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance, directly contributing to the efficiency and safety of all ground operations.
Additionally, responsibilities include:
* Supporting Regulatory Compliance Assurance: Ensuring all operational and safety training programs fully comply with ANAC regulations, IATA standards, and internal company policies.
* Excellence in Content Development: Supporting the creation, review, and continuous updating of instructional materials (manuals, presentations, e\-learnings) that are clear, effective, and aligned with ground handling operational and safety needs.
* Efficiency in Training Delivery: Supporting the efficient delivery of theoretical and practical training sessions.
* Calendar and Resource Management: Assisting the department manager in managing the training schedule, optimizing resource utilization (classrooms, equipment, instructors), and minimizing impact on operations.
* Maintenance of Training Records and Certifications: Ensuring accuracy and organization of all employee training records and certifications, guaranteeing traceability and compliance for internal and external audits.
