**Customer Service Analyst – Super\+Link** **Super\+Link**, an expanding internet service provider in São Bernardo do Campo, has **2 open positions** for **Customer Service Analyst**. We seek communicative, proactive individuals with strong customer-facing skills, who enjoy technology and wish to grow professionally. **Job responsibilities:** * Customer service via **WhatsApp and telephone** * Customer registration and system updates * Issuance of **duplicate invoices** * Service reactivation * Initial technical support for customers using **fiber-optic internet, mobile phone, and TV services** * Routing and follow-up of service requests when necessary **Desired qualifications:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience in customer-facing roles * Basic computer literacy * Organizational skills and efficiency in handling customer interactions * Interest in learning about internet technologies, networks, and technical support **Position details:** * **Employment type:** CLT (44 hours per week) * **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Work model:** 100% on-site * **Location:** Jardim Thelma – São Bernardo do Campo/SP * **Schedule:** Work on **2 Saturdays or 2 Sundays per month**, as per internal roster **Compensation and benefits:** * Starting salary of **R$ 1\.920,00** * Salary increase to **R$ 2\.209,20 after 6 months** * Salary increase to **R$ 2\.430,12 after 12 months** * **Meal allowance: R$ 750.00/month** * **Transportation allowance** * **Life insurance** **About Super\+Link:** We are a regional fiber-optic internet service provider with strong presence in São Bernardo do Campo, focused on personalized customer service, cutting-edge technology, and superior customer experience.
