At 3CON, you’ll have the opportunity to work with major enterprises across Brazil, integrating cutting-edge technologies with business needs to deliver outstanding results for our clients. **\# What We’re Looking For?** We are looking for a **Senior Process Analyst (Logistics)** to join one of Brazil’s largest pharmaceutical retail companies! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategically analyze, design, and transform IT processes to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, governance, and alignment with business objectives through continuous improvement and technology adoption. * Lead the mapping, analysis, and redesign of complex IT processes. * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities in technological and operational processes. * Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for IT processes. * Ensure compliance with frameworks and industry best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate process mapping, analysis, and improvement. * Experience in process automation projects. * Methodologies: BPM, Lean, Six Sigma. * Process modeling (BPMN 2\.0\). * ITIL. * Modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, etc.). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Logistics. Desirable Technical Requirements * ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.). * Process automation.
