Health and wellbeing guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsWorthTreating** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Develop analytical methods and dissolution methods supporting drug development through literature research, evaluation of reference/comparator drugs, and prior knowledge. * Develop and execute physicochemical assays per project scope and prepare related documentation. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop products by proposing analytical solutions. * Engage third-party service providers and monitor their services when required. * Jointly conduct product risk assessments targeting critical material attributes and critical process parameters that may impact critical quality attributes. * Analyze complex datasets generated throughout development, interpret results to identify risks across the product lifecycle, and effectively communicate conclusions to stakeholders. * Prepare justifications for finished products and technical documents for national and international regulatory agencies. * Continuously study current legislation and regulations to remain up-to-date and contribute effectively to assigned development projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy. * Experience with chromatographic techniques; * Experience developing dissolution profile methods for similar and innovative products (USP I, II, III, and IV); * Experience with permeation and *in vitro* release techniques for topical products; * Knowledge of dissolution profile studies per RDC No. 31/2010 and its guidelines, RDC No. 749/2022, and related legislation; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to analytical development of new products; * Knowledge of applied statistics for data analysis. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * A postgraduate degree (Master’s and/or Doctorate) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields (desirable); * Knowledge of microstructural development and evaluation of topical and transdermal products per Guideline No. 20/2019; * Familiarity with chromatography software—OpenLab CDS; * Familiarity with statistical analysis software—Action Stat (RDC 31 Module); * Knowledge of problem-solving tools; * Knowledge of degradation modeling/simulation software. **Additional Information** **\+ Details** Work Location (Base): Embu das Artes Schedule: Monday–Friday – Flexible second shift (start time between 11:00–14:00; end time between 20:00–22:30). **For Libbs Employees** * Applications accepted until **03/26/2026\.** * Preferred qualifications may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Participation in multiple internal selection processes simultaneously is not permitted. **Benefits for You!** * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Libbs Medicines – 100%; * Pharmacy Benefit – Vidalink; * PPR – Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * USE Program: subsidy for purchasing work equipment, usable for personal purposes; * Flexible benefits (TotalPass, life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, food allowance).
