**Employment regime:** CLT **Working hours:** * Monday to Thursday: **10 a.m. to 8 p.m.** * Friday: **10 a.m. to 7 p.m.** **Workload:** **44 hours per week** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Structure and monitor the pedagogical curation of digital educational materials. * Validate content for clarity, pedagogical coherence, visual identity, and didactic fluency. * Support the production of supplementary graphic and audiovisual materials aligned with core content. * Monitor recordings, organize schedules, and provide technical-pedagogical support during production stages. * Review and adapt scripts, texts, and submitted materials to ensure alignment with institutional standards. * Organize and monitor operational workflows in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Act as an interface with technical and creative departments to ensure proper delivery execution. * Support continuous improvement in educational content development processes. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Teaching or Social Communication**, with **experience in Education**. * Experience in educational environments, didactic content production, or digital educational projects. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Availability for on-site work. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Commitment and accountability. * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. * Collaborative attitude and professional ethics. * Focus on quality and deadline adherence. * Ease of interaction across different departments. ### **Benefits** * Study incentive * Meal voucher * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Institutional partnerships Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
