Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for network technical support to ensure stability and optimal performance of the environment, including maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Network technical support and incident ticket handling 2. Network maintenance and monitoring, ensuring full operational functionality 3. Troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure and connectivity issues We are looking for a professional to provide network technical support, ensuring environmental stability and optimal performance. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users and handle incident tickets; * Perform network maintenance and monitoring to ensure full operational functionality; * Perform basic configurations on network equipment and assets, such as switches and access points, when required; * Support Microsoft environment administration; * Install, configure, and update equipment, software, and peripherals; * Identify and resolve incidents related to infrastructure and connectivity; * Support IT asset and inventory management; * Ensure availability of essential technological resources for Distribution Center operations; * Work within an existing infrastructure, performing adjustments and interventions as needed. * Troubleshooting and resolution. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi\-Fi); * Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows and Active Directory); * Experience in technical support and infrastructure; * Availability for on-site work at a Distribution Center. On-site, Jd. Aracília, Guarulhos \- SP * Shift work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off; day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
