WHO WE ARE \- Faiston \| Evolution is the revolution **The responsibilities of the professional filling this role will include:** * Second-level administration and support for LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks * Monitoring of network links and asset alerts * Replacement of customer-provided network equipment when necessary * Adherence to industry best practices for network support * Updating of service tickets * Coordination with telecom providers for link maintenance or repair * On-site coordination at data centers for fiber or network equipment repair * Maintenance and inventory control of network equipment, including asset tracking * Analysis and preparation of site survey reports for the LAN environment using tools provided by the client * Support for connecting devices to the network * Following established processes and procedures to ensure continuity and restoration of the environment in case of incidents or issues * Continuous development and updating of environment documentation, equipment control—including topologies and configurations * Switch configuration according to current network requirements and directives, as well as for new implementations * Relocation and deployment of switches based on demand * Updating and maintaining the knowledge base and support processes/procedures * Knowledge of structured cabling, cable crimping, rack reorganization, and cable identification **For this position, we require you to have:** * Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or currently pursuing one. * CCNA course (certification not required). **Learn about our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction). * Meal allowance (R$ 40.00 per day). * Wellhub\-Gympass health platform (access to over 700 gyms across Brazil with affordable plans). * Discount club for partner services such as pharmacies, apparel, cinemas, medical exams, consultations, and more. * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Free access to telemedicine, psychologists, and nutritionists for comprehensive health care. * Partnership with SESC. **Work location for this position:** * São Bernardo do Campo
