Curiosity Challenging the status quo and offering new perspectives; Investing time in your own self-development; Rewarding a mindset of continuous learning; Embracing diversity and individuality. **What We Expect From You:** * Develop and enhance applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend) * Evolve and improve the existing platform * Work with the client's platform, respecting its standards and architecture * Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and banking procedures * Participate in technical discussions and solution design * Support identification and resolution of technical issues * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, business, QA, etc.) * Contribute to best development practices (clean code, testing, version control, etc.) **Requirements:** * Solid experience with: Java, Angular * Experience in development projects * Governance processes and banking procedures * Experience in financial institutions or banking environments **Bonus:** * Prior experience in digital migration or transformation projects * Knowledge of microservices architecture * Experience with integrations (APIs, messaging systems, etc.) * Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) * All our positions are open to Persons with Disabilities.
