Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead and guide the technical team with a focus on value delivery, keeping the team motivated and engaged to achieve desired outcomes effectively and securely. * Orchestrate the technical solution across various development aspects, including quality, documentation, architecture, security, and sustainment; * Leverage automation and data analytics for strategic decision-making; * Strengthen system and data security and compliance; * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; * Ensure optimal architecture, monitoring, and integration of environments and systems; * Ensure technical solutions are integrated and consistent across different squads and products; * Lead automation and AI initiatives.
