Senior Estimator \- Mooca \- SP We are looking for a senior professional to work in the field of technical and commercial budgeting, with potential evaluation for a supervisory role based on experience. We seek a consultative and analytical profile with strong interpersonal skills, experienced in proposal development, client and supplier negotiation, and technical solution development. **Main Responsibilities** * Address commercial and technical client requests * Analyze specifications, project documents, drawings, quantity take-offs, and other relevant documents * Prepare technical and commercial proposals * Develop solutions aligned with each project’s scope * Perform budgeting and commercial negotiations * Request and negotiate quotations from suppliers * Monitor all commercial activities until closure * Collaborate with departments such as procurement, contracts, finance, projects, and operations * Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings * Conduct technical site visits when necessary * Maintain up-to-date information in the commercial system Requirements* Minimum 3 years of experience in the field * Experience preparing budgets and technical proposals * Technical-commercial profile * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused * Prior experience with building automation is desirable * Technical English proficiency is desirable * Technical or higher education degree related to the field is desirable Benefits* Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Breakfast Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
