We work with **fresh, high-quality food**, bringing convenience and flavor to the daily lives of those seeking a **healthier lifestyle**. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities (refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical), identifying and correcting faults, replacing damaged parts, and testing functionality after repair. * Completing checklists and recording performed activities in the maintenance information system, as well as managing the assigned service portfolio. * Periodically monitoring process parameters of refrigeration equipment and taking preventive action accordingly. * Conducting periodic inspections of instrumentation across the refrigeration park and suggesting improvements to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Collaborating with other professionals, such as specialists and technicians from other areas, to solve problems and ensure proper equipment operation. * Carrying out all activities in accordance with the company’s established safety and quality standards and procedures. * Installing, adjusting, and configuring electromechanical machines, equipment, and systems, following technical standards and safety guidelines. **What qualifications are we looking for?** * Technical course in industrial refrigeration or related fields (mandatory). * Proven experience in maintenance and electromechanical projects focused on refrigeration, preferably at senior level. * Experience with Giro Freezer equipment is desirable. * Knowledge of regulatory norms NR10, NR12, and NR35. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance. * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with the team and other departments within the company. * Skill in quickly and effectively identifying, analyzing, and solving technical problems. **Benefits:** * Dental Plan * Health Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance (VR or VA) * Basic Food Basket Allowance * Discounts on our products * Gympass (gym membership) * Life Card Assist (pharmacy discounts, telemedicine access, etc.) * Commuter Pass / Shuttle Service **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday and rotating Saturdays 1st Shift (Morning): 5:45 AM to 2:24 PM **Work Location:** Barueri \- SP If you're ready to **transform the future** of food, join us on this journey!
