Work model: Hybrid — 4 days onsite Unit: São Paulo — Osasco **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Product Owner, you will work within the Bradesco Consórcios management team, with the following main responsibilities: * Strategic portfolio management for PDPJ: Support definition and prioritization of PDPJ initiatives, evaluating impacts, risks, dependencies, and capacity, ensuring focus on deliveries delivering the highest strategic value; * Governance and executive decision support: Structure and lead project governance (committees, decision forums, and executive rituals), translating complex information into clear inputs for leadership; * Strategic risk and value leverage management: Identify critical risks, trade-offs, and PDPJ value-leverage opportunities, proposing recommendations and scenarios to guide strategic decisions. * Orchestration and alignment across key areas: Act as the integration focal point among business units, technology, legal, and strategic partners, ensuring alignment of vision, objectives, and expectations throughout execution. * Performance and strategic indicator tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze PDPJ success indicators, tracking not only deadlines but also benefits, institutional impact, and strategic alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall); * Agile (Scrum, Kanban); * Project and portfolio governance; risk, schedule, and dependency management; digital projects (digital channels, customer journeys, platforms); * Familiarity with digital products.
