Job Summary: Junior Timekeeping Analyst responsible for work schedule control, electronic time clock processing, support in time bank management, and compliance with labor legislation. Interface with payroll and report analysis **Position:** Junior Timekeeping Analyst **Location:** Cajamar/SP (On-site) **Main Responsibilities:** Control and monitoring of employees' work schedules; Handling and maintenance of electronic time clock records (adjustments, inconsistencies, justifications); Support in time bank management; Monitoring of schedule-related metrics (overtime, absenteeism, tardiness, etc.); Generation and analysis of Excel reports; Supporting leadership teams in proper timekeeping and schedule management; Ensuring compliance with labor legislation (working hours and rest periods); Interface with the payroll department to submit required information. **Requirements:** Prior experience with timekeeping and schedule control, and Senior payroll system; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Basic knowledge of labor legislation (working hours, overtime, time banks); Strong communication skills for interacting with leadership. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with electronic time clock systems; Experience in companies with a large number of employees; Experience with metrics and dashboards. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
