Register new patients and update personal data for returning patients, as well as open registration forms to initiate service. Guide patients on initial procedures and clarify basic questions. Direct patients to dental offices while maintaining clinic workflow. Confirm appointments, bookings, and follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or integrated system. Answer calls, screen and organize patients, calls, and messages; respond, schedule, and send notifications through the integrated system. Reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. Organize patient registration forms and documents. Receive payments in cash, credit/debit card, or Pix, and maintain properly organized records in the cash report. Tasks related to standard receptionist duties.
