Let’s find out!** You will perform generalist duties supporting the recruitment and selection, training, and onboarding subsystems. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like at the campus! **Learn how you’ll contribute to our team:** **In Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Selection)** * You’ll experience recruitment and selection firsthand, managing selection processes for entry-level positions (apprentices, interns, assistants, technicians, and operational staff in general); * You’ll learn from the team how to use our digital R\&S platform, interact with candidates, and support managers within your campus. **In Talent Development (Training)** * You’ll support the development team in preparing various training sessions; * You’ll contribute to designing and implementing training and development initiatives. **In People Administration (Onboarding)** * You’ll provide direct support to employees, assisting with institutional inquiries and procedures; * You’ll manage new employee onboarding using the FPW system; * You’ll support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves); * You’ll assist in termination processes; * You’ll be responsible for managing HR records and documentation at the campus. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in fields related to HR; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with a 1-hour break, in Joinville – SC. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience with payroll systems; * Prior experience in HR. **Additional Information** **Why work here?
