Resolve medium-complexity technical issues autonomously and actively contribute to the company’s product evolution. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, identify, and correct medium- and low-complexity development conflicts and errors in products to ensure functionality and reliability of information generated by the product. * Assist, under supervision, in analyzing, identifying, and correcting high-complexity development conflicts and errors. * Design and implement medium- and low-complexity features in products, applying programming logic, architectures, and methodologies defined by the department, aiming for continuous improvement, high performance, and evolution aligned with technological advances and tax requirements. * Assist in designing and implementing high-complexity features in products. * Adapt products to meet state-specific tax and legal requirements; prepare the system according to test plans and standardizations required by certification agencies to ensure products comply with mandated requirements. * Research new technologies, monitor and test emerging technological trends and features, and propose changes and/or implementations to meet market needs. * Design and develop using SQL databases; apply SQL knowledge in the company’s current projects. Analyze the system’s database, verify which database the customer uses, and open data using a specific program for conversion and utilization of information in products. * Participate in meetings and ceremonies where development requests are analyzed for product improvement and adaptation to new requirements. * Support Technical Support team members by analyzing issues and proposing solutions, and guiding product and customer updates. * Perform impact analysis of product changes, report development time estimates, and outline actions required for necessary modifications. * Comply with company policies, procedures, standards, and implemented management systems. * Perform other duties related to the role and work processes as required. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork; * Assertive Communication; * Commitment to Results; * Proactivity; * Organization; * Focused Attention;
