Monitor operational and quality performance results, support action plans, deviation analysis, and operational improvements. Support departments in training and understanding customer requirements. Support internal and external audits.**Requirements** -------------- Completed undergraduate degree; Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Dynamic individual with quick analytical thinking, strong interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork ability; Experience with quality tools.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Perform activities related to Quality Management System (QMS) management. Ensure documents such as SOPs, WIs, and forms comply with quality requirements; Manage deviations, complaints, and CAPA—including quality system performance indicators; Manage Change Control; Manage internal and external audits; Promote and ensure understanding of the Quality Policy & Objectives; Consolidate necessary information from the Quality Management System for senior management; Execute appropriate actions to address nonconformities; Perform critical analysis of results to implement corrective and preventive actions; Map quality and operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements using quality tools; Conduct team training.
