Job Summary: Assist the supervisor in organizing production, monitoring preparation, ensuring product quality, supporting inventory control, and guiding the team. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing and controlling production and product quality. 2. Assistance in inventory management and guidance to the operational team. 3. Verification of kitchen cleanliness and organization, and achievement of targets. **POSITION:** Management Assistant Employment Type: CLT Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Location: Guarulhos Unit Working Hours: 3:10 PM to 11:30 PM Salary: R$ 2.870,00 + night shift allowance Benefits: Transportation voucher On-site meals **Main Responsibilities:** Assist the supervisor in organizing and controlling production Monitor preparation of ingredients and order assembly Ensure product quality standards Support inventory control and food expiration date management Guide the operational team when necessary Inspect kitchen cleanliness and organization Assist in meeting targets and maintaining production flow **Requirements:** Experience in kitchens or burger restaurants is a plus Organized and proactive profile Good communication and leadership skills Agility and responsibility Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.870,00 - R$2.870,01 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
