Commercial Analyst

Description

Lightwall is seeking a Commercial Analyst with an analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile to support commercial management through data analysis, insight generation, and performance indicator tracking. Key responsibilities: * Analyze commercial indicators, sales funnel, and team performance; * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards in Excel; * Monitor conversion metrics, average deal size, productivity, and forecast; * Perform extraction, processing, and analysis of commercial data; * Support leadership in identifying opportunities for performance improvement; * Ensure organization and updating of information in the CRM; * Manage and monitor the HubSpot CRM; * Create strategic presentations and analyses to support decision-making; * Assist in standardizing commercial processes and indicators; * Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams. Requirements: * Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, charts, and analyses); * Knowledge of data analysis and commercial indicators; * Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot; * Analytical and organized mindset; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; * Proficiency with numbers and data interpretation. Advantages: * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in consultative sales companies; * Exposure to commercial automation and processes; * Knowledge of sales funnel and pipeline management.
